Description
Available both from green olives (code 259) and black olives (code 258). Obtained from selected olives, pitted and blended, with the addition of olive oil and lightly flavoured. Suggestions for use: for the preparation of canapés, in savoury bakes, as fillings for sandwiches, paninis, to finish and flavour first and second courses.
