Global Standard BRC
The Global Standard BRC is a voluntary certification system, internationally recognised and created to ensure that branded products are obtained according to well-defined food safety and quality standards and respecting consumer health. It is a consumer protection system that obliges producers to guarantee their products through a control carried out by an independent body and according to standard procedures that must be applied. It is a standard recognised by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), an international body whose main purpose is compliance with food safety principles throughout the supply chain.
Bioagricert
Alimentis entrusts its Organic products to Bioagricert, the first independent technical body in the control and certification of organic agri-food products, synonymous with reliability with over 30 years of experience.
Marchio Kosher
Kosher certification certifies compliance of the product with Jewish food regulations and is issued by a recognised rabbinical body.
The word Kosher has a precise meaning that, in it self, clarifies what the legislation wants to define through this certification: suitable, compliant, appropriate.
For this reason, Alimentis S.r.l. wanted to reserve some products for this type of certification: to encourage consumption and access to Kosher products also in food and restaurant preparations.
