Our selection from durum wheat semolina is a pasta with a high gluten content and bronze drawn that create a rough surface so as to maximise both the cook itself and the absorption of the sauces.

The drying times and the choice of thicknesses ensure excellent stability even when cooked again as well as the possibility of being served both hot and cold, or for oven recipes. A wide range of shapes and lines, even with rice, able to meet all catering needs.
