Description

Semi-dried tomatoes, of Italian origin, cut into wedges and flavoured with a balanced mixture of basil, oregano and parsley. The fresh and sweet taste of tomato enhanced by the aromas and acidity of the spices for a product with an intensely Mediterranean flavour, ideal for preparing cold dishes, accompanying and garnishing salads or sandwiches as well as completing first courses or fish main courses. It adds a touch of flavour to the pizza (always added at the end of cooking).
