Description
Sauerkraut is the product of the lactic fermentation of the green cabbage. Prepared as homemade, they must be browned with butter and oil adding 250 ml of water, cooked for about 30 minutes and then served accompanied by classic dishes based on cotechino, sausages or as a simple garnish.
