Description
Prepared using no less than 70% onion, it is a creamy jam, in which you can still recognise the small pieces of fresh onion, capable of a “telling” delicious aftertaste on the palate, in a perfect balance between the flavour of the onion, the sweetness of wildflower honey and the subtle acidity of lemon juice. Pairings: with hard aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano; to accompany boiled meat; to garnish a velvet pumpkin cream, with pork; for a hot crust with fois gras pâté, pecorino flakes and thyme leaves.
