Description
Sweet, aromatic and consistent, in the mouth it expresses a pleasant balance between the typical softness of the fruit and the delicate crunchiness of achenes, the small seeds typical of fig pulp. High content of fruit (65%) combined with acacia honey give it the golden green colour characteristic of figs. Pairings: fresh cheese board with an aromatic taste such as goat ricotta or robiola or with cured meats such as a slow-smoked speck or culatello; for a pizza with a light and crunchy dough, with Prosciutto di San Daniele and squacquerone or burrata; with main courses such as a slice of duck breast; at breakfast with a toasted wholemeal bread and salted butter or with a whole creamy yoghurt.
