Description
Bechamel is the queen of white sauces as well as being a basic sauce for more complex dishes and condiments (classic lasagna, cannelloni but also crepes, timbales and baked pasta). With this perfectly balanced mix it is possible to obtain a product that is completely similar to the artisan one, totally instantaneous and ready in a few minutes without cooking. Recommended preparation: dilute 200 g of mix in 1/1.5 kg of water or milk at room temperature. Stir in a planetary mixer or with a whisk until completely dissolved to obtain a dense and homogeneous bechamel, free of lumps.
