Description
Powder mix. Preparation: Pour the contents of a sachet into a saucepan. Add 400 ml of fresh cream and 600 ml of milk little by little. Mix with an electric mixer avoiding the formation of lumps. Bring to the boil by stirring constantly and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the cream from the heat and pour it into the molds, leaving it to rest in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours before serving.
