Peeled tomatoes produced exclusively with San Marzano dell ‘Agro Sarnese Nocerino PDO Tomato, grown in a limited area within the provinces of Salerno, Naples and Avellino, this tomato is subject to strict regulations that allow only numbered and certified packs to reach the market. A “precious” tomato, with a typically bittersweet flavour, ideal to accompany pasta-based first courses, especially stuffed, as well as classic meat main courses.
