Produced with PECORINO ROMANO PDO CHEESE processed under the protection of the consortium of the same name, it is a cream with a long-lasting flavour that enhances the characteristics of one of Italy’s excellent products. With an aromatic, intense and slightly spicy taste like the cheese from which it originates. Soft and spreadable, it is well suited for the preparation of first courses but also for the topping and garnishing of pizzas, sandwiches, toasts and savoury bakes in general.
