Description
Cream based on 4 cheeses melted with butter to obtain a high-yielding product. Available in the recipe with Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino cheese (code 252) or in the classic Emmental-based recipe, clearer and softer (code 737). Both are ideal for preparing risottos and first courses or for finishing pizzas and as bases for flavouring condiments.
