Description
Sauce based on fresh champignon/button mushrooms, light and particularly delicate both in flavour and in the distinct, long-lasting aroma of truffles. It is also an ideal cream in the preparation of cold dishes thanks to its high yield and low oil content. Suggestions for use: for any dish preparation, both in classic recipes and for a more sophisticated use, in savoury bakes or as a flavouring for meats and roasts.
